Proper employee based practice is required as this will help the physicians in understanding the values of the customers to the entire extent that is feasible in nature. Proper application of the quality improvement is essential in nature as this is another system that will help in understanding as well as implementation of the safety design principles. This will help the health care professionals in identifying the hazards as well as errors in the entire process (Betancourt et al. 2016). The physicians need to understand about the process as well as the outcomes in relation to the needs of the cancer patients and this will help them in providing treatment to them.
